ONe-HR

ONe-HR is UAAGI's employee self-service HR platform. It covers the day-to-day touchpoints between staff, managers, and HR: filing overtime / leave / official-business requests, approving team submissions, reviewing payslips and attendance, and accessing personal, employment, and compensation records.

The platform has two front-ends that share the same HR backend:

Who uses it

  • Employees — file their own overtime, leave, and official-business requests; view payslips, attendance logs, and personal records on their phone.
  • Approvers (Managers, Executives) — review and approve/disapprove requests filed by their team members from the same mobile app.
  • HR / MSD personnel — manage employee access, process payroll, and maintain employee master data from the Odoo 17 web app.

Multi-company

ONe-HR is multi-tenant. A single install serves multiple UAAGI-group companies (for example, United Asia Automotive Group Inc. and FOTON Motor Philippines, Inc.). On sign-out, the app remembers previously signed-in accounts so users can switch between the companies they belong to without re-entering credentials.

Getting access

Account provisioning is handled by MSD (Management Services Department) personnel. New employees must coordinate with MSD to receive their ONe-HR credentials before installing the app — the mobile app has no self-signup flow.
